Job summary

Eitas is seeking a Driver Supervisor to lead a team of drivers in the Kansas City area. The role includes supervision, coaching, ride-alongs, scheduling coverage, and ensuring safety and service quality across routes.

A High School Diploma or GED, CDL and DOT medical certification are required, with 3–5 years driving experience and at least 1 year of supervisory work. Competitive pay starting at $27.62/hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• 3–5 years driving passenger vehicles; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current certifications including DOT medical, CPR and first aid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the performance of a team of Drivers, providing direction, performance counseling, recognition, and discipline as appropriate.
• Ride along with assigned Drivers periodically, as needed.
• Coordinate the scheduling of the Driver team to ensure safe, efficient, and timely coverage of routes.
• Review bus video footage and data; discuss observations with the Driver team.
• Evaluate the Driver team and prepare written evaluations in a timely fashion.
• Assist DOT Management in reinforcing safety practices and policy compliance; help develop procedures.
