Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies seeks a full-time Warehouse/Shipping Associate to join our Batesville, AR service center. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, offering a stable schedule and opportunity for career advancement.

You will ship/receive materials, maintain inventory, operate a forklift and basic tools, and assist with data entry, sales support, and deliveries as needed. A valid driver’s license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months warehouse or customer service experience.
• Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ship and/or receive materials, maintain stock areas and inventory.
• Use forklift, simple hand and power tools, weighing scales, postage meters.
• Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver orders and equipment.
• Assist in data entry, counter and telephone sales/service, order pulling, and customer calls as needed.
• Maintain clean driving record.
