Job summary

Relavix Health Group is seeking a Driver who is also an STNA to transport residents to medical appointments and assist with in-vehicle care. The role requires a valid Ohio STNA license, a clean driving record, and the ability to operate a passenger van safely.

High school diploma or GED is preferred. The position offers benefits, steady hours, and opportunities to contribute to resident well-being in a nurse-appropriate setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation schedules with nursing staff and outside providers.
