Job summary

The Wyoming Department of Transportation (WYDOT) seeks a Driver Services L1 Support Program Supervisor in Cheyenne, WY. This role provides leadership and oversight to Driver Services staff, resolving complex system and operational issues, coordinating with internal programs and external agencies.

Responsibilities include expert testing, analysis, troubleshooting, and ensuring continuity of operations. The position includes a $2,000 hiring bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• 0–2 years progressive work experience at Driver Services Supervisor I level.
• 3–5 years progressive experience with substitution option.
• Valid driver license required.
• Ability to travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the L1 Ticketing System for Driver Services issues.
• Supervise and train Driver Services L1 Help Desk staff.
• Develop L1 team procedures aligned with state/federal law and policies.
• Plan and direct development and testing needs for Driver Services systems.
• Direct testing activities: requirements, architecture, change management, releases.
• Support Driver Services applications through consulting and daily support.
