Job summary

Charlestown Place at New Albany is seeking a full-time Driver to safely transport residents to appointments, outings, and on-site activities in a caring senior living setting.

You'll work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with holiday rotation, building meaningful relationships with residents and teammates while delivering dependable transportation services.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license required; able to pass insurance screening.
• Experience in transportation, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport residents to and from medical appointments, community outings, and on-site activities, ensuring timely arrivals.
• Assist residents on and off the bus with care and courteous support.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections, fueling, cleaning, and report maintenance needs or incidents promptly.
• Communicate schedules and resident needs with facility staff regarding transportation updates.
• Follow safety and HIPAA requirements; lift up to 75 pounds and perform required physical tasks.

What You'll Do
