Job summary

Timber Ridge At Talus in Issaquah, WA is seeking a hospitality-focused Driver to transport residents to grocery store, outings and trips, and assist with housekeeping as needed.

You will drive vans or buses on scheduled routes, help residents on and off, load groceries, coordinate vehicle maintenance, keep the vehicle clean, and support a culture that aims to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months experience as a bus/van driver.

Responsibilities

• Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• May perform housekeeping functions as directed.
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

Timber Ridge at Talus is recruiting for a hospitality focused Driver to join our team! This position is responsible for transporting residents to grocery store, monthly outings and extended trips as scheduled; assists in performing housekeeping duties as required.
