Job summary

Timber Ridge At Talus is seeking a hospitality-focused Driver to transport residents to grocery store, monthly outings, and extended trips. This role includes assisting with housekeeping duties as required.

Responsibilities include driving a van/bus, helping residents board and exit vehicles, loading groceries, coordinating maintenance, cleaning the vehicle, and supporting a resident-focused culture to drive occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months experience as a bus/van driver.
• Must possess a valid Washington State driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive van, bus or automobile on regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator in assisting residents on and off bus/van, tracking attendance and coordinating equipment (walkers, wheelchairs, canes etc.).
• Load groceries and other purchased items into bus/van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash vehicle.
• May perform housekeeping functions as directed.
• Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.
