Job summary

Seneca Place on our Verona campus seeks a Campus Driver who is friendly, reliable, and safety-minded to transport residents around the campus.

You’ll assist residents with boarding, manage mobility aids, coordinate trips, perform vehicle checks, and build warm relationships that support independence and connection. Qualifications

• A valid, clean PA Driver’s License (with an excellent driving record!).
• A warm, patient, and people-first personality—you love interacting with seniors!
• Strong communication and time-management skills to keep our campus schedule on track.
• The physical ability to safely assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicles.
• Previous experience driving commercial vans, shuttles, or transport vehicles is a major plus, but a great attitude and safe driving habits are our #1 priority!

Responsibilities

• Be the Campus Guide: Provide safe, smooth, and friendly transportation for our wonderful residents across the entire campus.
• Keep Things Moving: Coordinate and schedule campus trips, ensuring everyone gets to where they need to go safely and on time.
• Lend a Helping Hand: Assist residents with getting in and out of the vehicle, managing mobility aids, and loading/unloading belongings with a smile.
• Maintain Your Ride: Conduct routine daily safety inspections of campus vehicles to ensure they are clean, fueled, and running perfectly.
• Be a Familiar Face: Build meaningful relationships with our seniors, bringing joy, patience, and positive energy to every single trip.
