Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Driver Route Sales Representative to manage delivery routes across multiple states. The role combines driving, route sales, and account development with a focus on building customer relationships and delivering excellent service.

Expect a 4-day workweek (Mon-Thu) with occasional Fridays, typically 6:30 AM–5:00 PM, and roughly 50% travel including overnight trips. Travel benefits include hotel accommodations and meal per diem.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 25 years old
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds regularly
• Ability to operate a straight truck (up to 26,000 GVW)
• Frequent loading, unloading, and product handling activities

Responsibilities

• Deliver and stock products at customer locations
• Build and prepare customer orders
• Maintain organized and well-stocked displays
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Develop relationships with existing customers
• Identify opportunities to grow sales along assigned routes

Job description

Average Annual Earnings: $55,000 - $65,000 (including overtime and per diem)

Schedule
