Job summary

Enterprise Mobility at Richmond International Airport is seeking a responsible Lot Driver to move and position vehicles between properties for servicing and rental readiness. The role offers $15/hour with an extra 0.50/hour on weekdays after 1:30pm and an additional 1.00/hour on weekends.

Position is non-CDL, local, and based at 1 Richard E Byrd Terminal, Richmond, VA. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, life and prescription coverage, 401(k) with match, training, and employee

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years (no more than 8 points).
• No drug or alcohol related violation in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location.
• Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers.
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management.
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s).
• Communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Overview

The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Lot Driver located at Richmond International Airport. The lot driver is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and/or rental. A driver will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on the needs to have vehicles ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards. This position pays $15 / hour with an additional .50 cents per hour for all hours worked Monday - Friday starting at 1:30pm and an additional $1.00 per hour for all shifts worked on Saturdays and Sundays. This position is located at Richmond International Airport: 1 Richard E Byrd Terminal Driver Richmond, VA 23250.
