Job summary

New World Van Lines is seeking a knowledgeable Recruiter to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies aimed at attracting qualified Drivers for the organization. You will play a key role in the hiring process from screening applications to scheduling interviews and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and substantial DOT experience alongside excellent time management skills. This role offers a dynamic work environment where initiative and independent thinking are valued.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of DOT experience regarding State and Federal regulations required.
• Three (3) years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for Driver positions.
• Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers during the offer process.
