Job summary

PAM Transport in Tontitown, AR, is hiring a Driver Recruiting Manager to lead a team of Driver Recruiters and a Recruiting Coordinator. You will coach, develop, and drive performance to meet hiring targets while delivering a positive candidate experience.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8:00AM–5:00PM with a pay range of $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience. You will partner with Safety, Operations, and Training to optimize recruiting processes and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Driver Recruiters and a Recruiting Coordinator.
• Drive weekly, monthly, and annual hiring goals with accountability.
• Improve recruiting workflows and operational efficiency.
• Partner with Safety, Operations, Training, and Marketing to enhance the hiring experience.
• Support onboarding and development of recruiters.
