WHC Worldwide, LLC in Biloxi, MS is seeking a Driver Recruiting Manager to lead driver relationships, engagement, and performance. You’ll serve as a primary contact for drivers, provide guidance, and partner with operations to optimize retention and service quality.

You will foster an inclusive, solutions-oriented culture while coaching drivers and collaborating with dispatch and management to meet organizational goals.

• Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Assist with scheduling, attendance, and day-to-day driver support needs.
• Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Help drivers navigate changes, challenges, and operational updates.
• Support workforce planning and operational goals through effective driver management.
• Maintain accurate driver records and documentation.
• Track driver performance, engagement, and retention trends.
• Prepare reports and provide updates to leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to support business objectives.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance driver satisfaction and operational effectiveness.
