Qualifications

• One year recruiting Class A CDL drivers for an over-the-road carrier is preferred.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Tenstreet is a plus.
• Ability to educate candidates on training processes and benefits.

• Make informed hiring decisions to ensure qualified, motivated candidates are selected.
