1. Screening driver applications.
2. Cold calling potential drivers to present the benefits of working for CDN Logistics, Inc.
3. Assisting qualified candidates in completing their applications.
4. Scheduling newly hired drivers for orientation and providing travel arrangements.
5. Follow up with any drivers who fail to report to orientation to reschedule.
