Job summary

EPES Transport, LLC., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, NC, seeks a driver recruitment specialist who will be the first impression to prospective driver candidates and help shape hiring decisions. The role may be based in Greensboro, Charlotte, or Reading, with onsite, standard hours.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, screen and pre-qualify candidates, maintain ATS, stay current on FMCSA rules, and collaborate with operations to meet recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recruiting experience required.
• 1 year of transportation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Fair Credit Report process required.
• Experience managing candidates & requisitions in an Applicant Tracking System required.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations required.
• Must have excellent documentation skills.
• Must have strong communication / phone skills.
• Must have a sales oriented mindset.
• Ability to collaborate with operational leadership required.
• Must be a self starter & be able to prioritize when working on multiple requirements.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history), and drug screening are required.

Position Summary

This position is for EPES Transport, LLC., a division of Penske Logistics, based in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role you will serve as the first impression of EPES Transport to potential driver candidates. You will be attracting quality candidates and will be responsible for participating in hiring decisions and using good judgement to assess whether or not a candidate meets company requirements. It is essential to maintain a knowledgeable, professional presentation to drivers of the Company’s qualifications and operations.

This position can be based in Greensboro, NC or Charlotte, NC or Reading, PA.

Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
