ABOUT THE JOB

We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Ready-Mix Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility is to operate the concrete mixer safely, delivering loads to commercial and residential sites. This role involves navigating various conditions, including uneven terrain, and handling extension chutes weighing 30-50 pounds.

Job Responsibilities

What You Will Get To Do

• Ensure safety & compliance by adhering to regulations and promoting a safe work environment.
• Deliver concrete loads safely and on time to job sites.
• Manage discharge methods suitable for different site conditions.
• Attach and handle extension chutes for precise pouring.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and mechanical soundness.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image.
• Coordinate with dispatch and team members for efficient operations.

Qualifications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed, you should have:

• Valid CDL A or B license; High School diploma preferred; compliant with FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Proficiency in English; acceptable CSA and MVR records; no recent DUI/DWI; no more than 3 violations in 3 years.
• Strong safety knowledge; good communication skills; familiarity with traffic routes and basic truck maintenance (desirable).

• Work in diverse outdoor environments.
• Physical activity involving walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing, pulling, and climbing.
