We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Ready-Mix Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility is to safely operate the concrete mixer, delivering loads to commercial and residential sites. The role involves navigating various conditions, including uneven terrain, and handling extension chutes weighing 30-50 pounds.

Job Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a Ready-Mix Driver, your daily tasks include:

• Safety & Compliance: Follow all regulations and promote safety.
• Delivery & Timing: Deliver concrete loads safely and on time.
• Discharge Management: Adjust methods for different site conditions.
• Extension Chute Handling: Attach/manage extension chutes for precise pouring.
• Truck Maintenance: Keep the truck clean and in good working order.
• Customer Service: Provide professional service and maintain a positive image.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with dispatch and team members for efficient operations.

Qualifications

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To succeed, you should have:

• Valid CDL A or B license; High School diploma preferred. Must meet FMCSA drug and alcohol requirements.
• Skills: Proficient in English; clean CSA and MVR record; no recent DUI/DWI; limited moving violations. Knowledge of safety protocols, traffic routes, and basic truck maintenance is a plus.
