ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Ready-Mix Driver to join our team. The primary responsibility is to operate the concrete mixer safely and deliver loads to various work sites, handling different terrains and managing extension chutes weighing 30-50 pounds.

Job Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO
As a Ready-Mix Driver, your daily tasks include:

• Adhering to safety regulations and promoting a safe environment.
• Delivering concrete loads safely and on time.
• Managing discharge methods based on site conditions.
• Attaching and handling extension chutes for precise pouring.
• Maintaining truck cleanliness and mechanical condition.
• Providing professional customer service.
• Coordinating with dispatch and team members for efficient operations.

Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To succeed, you should have:

• A valid CDL A or B license; high school diploma preferred; and qualification in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Proficiency in English; a clean CSA and MVR record; no recent DUI/DWI; and minimal recent moving violations.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, traffic routes, and basic truck maintenance (desirable).

• Strict adherence to safety gear and protocols.
• Exposure to outdoor, industrial environments.
• Physical activities including walking, sitting, lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, and climbing.
