Job summary

Opti Staffing is partnering with a Milwaukie-based company that specializes in metal finishing. This full-time Driver / Production role offers a hands-on mix of driving, customer service, and production tasks in a small team setting.

You will transport parts locally, assist with production and finishing processes, and help ensure quality while keeping areas clean and organized. A vehicle- and customer-facing role with opportunities to learn metal finishing.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on production environment
• Ability to safely lift and move metal parts

Responsibilities

• Transport metal parts to and from customers within the local area
• Safely load, unload, and handle metal parts
• Spend part of your day assisting with production and metal finishing processes
• Assist with plating, coating, and other finishing processes
• Follow instructions and production procedures to ensure quality work
• Keep parts, work areas, and equipment clean and organized
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at pickup and drop-off
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner
