Job summary

Cantex Senior Communities is seeking a Van Driver to transport Center Residents to prearranged physician and dialysis appointments, as well as scheduled outings. The role requires a valid Texas Driver's License, a current CPR card, and CNA certification.

You will ensure vehicle readiness and maintain logs and schedules in coordination with leadership. Responsibilities include ongoing safety compliance, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and following Clinical Policies and Procedures for abuse

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License.
• Must pass DMV driving-record inquiry.
• No outstanding criminal or civil citations.
• Certified Nursing Assistant required.
• Current CPR training card required.

Responsibilities

• Transport Center Residents to prearranged physician and dialysis appointments.
• Transport Residents on scheduled outings arranged by the Center.
• Maintain vehicle readiness, including documents, insurance, registration, and maintenance logs.
• Maintain weekly usage schedule with Executive Director and DON.
• Keep vehicle clean, in good repair, and compliant with vehicle manuals.
• Adhere to Center policies on resident safety and abuse prevention.
