Job summary

Cantex Senior Communities is seeking a Van Driver to transport residents to medical appointments and scheduled outings. The role requires CNA certification, current CPR, and a valid Texas driver’s license. You will maintain vehicle logs, ensure insurance and registration are current, and uphold abuse-prevention policies.

Qualifications

• Must be CNA certified and have CPR Training Card.
• Must have a valid Texas Driver's License and pass DMV driving record checks.
• Must have no outstanding criminal or civil citations.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language.

Responsibilities

• Transport Center Residents to prearranged physician and/or dialysis appointments and scheduled outings.
• Maintain weekly usage schedule with the Executive Director and DON.
• Keep vehicle clean and in good repair; ensure necessary documents, insurance, and logs are on hand.
• Follow Center policies and procedures for Abuse Prevention and maintain records as required.
