Job summary

Renaissance Care Center in Gainesville, Texas is seeking a Van Driver/CNA to transport residents to physician and dialysis appointments and on scheduled outings. The role requires active CNA certification, a valid Texas driver’s license, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

You will maintain vehicle logs, ensure registration, inspection, and insurance are current, keep the vehicle clean, and coordinate weekly usage with the Executive Director and DON.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Must hold a valid Texas Driver's License.
• Must pass DMV driving record inquiry.
• Must have CPR training.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Transport Center Residents to physician and dialysis appointments and on scheduled outings.
• Maintain weekly vehicle usage schedule with the Executive Director and DON.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is in good repair and compliant with the operating manual.
• Keep required operation documents, registration, inspection and insurance current.
• Adhere to Clinical Policies for Abuse Prevention.
