Job summary

Juniper Communities in Dallas, Texas is seeking a dedicated associate to provide transportation and laundry services for residents, maintaining cleanliness and orderly conditions throughout the community. This role supports a high standard of resident experience and safety while contributing to a welcoming environment.

The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm, with an on-site role and a pay range of $19–$20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule needed transportation for residents and events.
• Drive a motor vehicle to scheduled destinations and assist individuals with mobility needs.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to procedures.

Role:

We are looking for a passionate associate to provide transportation and laundry services for our residents with thorough cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our community. The goal is to enhance customer experience by keeping our community in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities:

Works closely with Connections and Environmental Services departments to to plan and schedule needed transportation (special events, trips and appointments).

Drives a motor vehicle to scheduled destinations while assisting individuals with mobility needs.

Maintains all cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals is a safe and responsible manner according to company, state, and federal procedures/guidelines.
