Job summary

Chandler Hall in Newtown, PA is seeking a Per Diem Driver to join our Transportation Team. You will drive residents to doctors’ appointments and local trips in Bucks County, and provide a shuttle service in the community as needed.

You’ll perform daily vehicle inspections and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure residents have the necessary information for appointments. Per diem role with day shift hours on weekdays and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Experience transporting seniors or in healthcare settings is a plus.
• Ability to operate shuttle/van vehicles safely.

Chandler Hall, a non-profit, Quaker facility, provides high-quality care for older adults in Newtown, Bucks County, and offers a wide spectrum of services for individuals at all stages of the aging process including Community Living, Personal Care, Residential Hospice, Home Hospice, Independent Living, Respite Care, and Skilled Nursing Care.

We currently have an opportunity for a Driver to join our Transportation Team. This position will drive residents to doctors' appointments and trips in the Bucks County surrounding areas. The driver will also provide a shuttle service in the community as needed. Responsible for daily inspection of vehicles and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure residents have the medical information needed for doctor appointments.

Per Diem, Hours include day shift hours during the week and weekends needed.
