WelbeHealth is seeking Drivers to transport PACE participants safely to and from destinations, performing pre-trip inspections and ensuring vehicles are stocked with emergency supplies. You will follow dispatch instructions, communicate with the team, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, 25+ age, willingness to work varying shifts, and CPR/First Aid certification within 180 days.

Reporting to the Transportation Supervisor, Drivers safely transport participants to and from their destinations, all while creating genuine, positive connections. Drivers perform thorough pre-trip inspections and ensurevehicles are fully stocked with emergency supplies, ensuring each ride is safe. Drivers receive structured training, follow straightforward procedures, and effectively communicate with dispatch and leadership.

Compensation is based on a per diem hourly rate. WelbeHealth provides a comprehensive rewards package that includes a 401(k) match and accrued sick leave. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other relevant qualifications.
