Job summary

Pikes Peak Post Acute is seeking a part-time Driver in Colorado Springs. You will transport residents to medical appointments and activities, assist with loading/unloading, and help keep vehicles clean and safe.

The role requires safe transfer techniques, a valid license, and GPS familiarity. Applicants should be at least 25 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, pass drug screening and background checks, and be able to lift up to 70 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years old to drive the vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (DL).
• Familiar with GPS and local driving area.
• No traffic crimes in the last 7 years and no major felonies.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents to appointments and activities.
• Assist residents with loading and unloading from facility-approved vehicles.
• Maintain the interior and exterior of vehicles for safety and appearance.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance logs and schedule routine service.
• Be flexible with work time due to late appointments.

Pikes Peak Post Acute is hiring a Driver!Shifts: Part-timeAt Pikes Peak Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents.
