Qualifications

• Valid California Driver’s License (Class C minimum; Class B with Passenger endorsement preferred).
• Clean driving record, no violations for 5 years.
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional or personal driving experience (shuttle or delivery preferred).
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and DMV record review.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from the work base in Irvine.

Pay Transparency Statement - The expected compensation range for this position is $47,840 – $52,000 per year. This represents a good‑faith estimate of the compensation range that Tax Relief Advocates reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of hire.
