Job summary

The role involves coordinating payroll, home time, and coaching drivers, while collaborating with teams to improve retention and drive business results. A strong candidate demonstrates communication, problem solving, and teamwork across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to work collaboratively with a variety of teams, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Make safety-conscious decisions that ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Balance the needs of our customers, drivers and the business.
• Provide continuous, structured and proactive performance management and coaching to drivers.
