Job summary

PS Logistics in Anderson, SC is seeking a Driver Manager to oversee daily driver operations and coordinate with load planners. You will direct driver activities across territories, ensure safety and on-time delivery, and support drivers with regulatory compliance and documentation.

This is a full-time, second-shift role with eligible benefits. The ideal candidate has a degree in Logistics or 1–3 years in dispatch, strong communication skills, and proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft

Qualifications

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR 1–3 years of dispatch/fleet management experience.
Proficient with truck dispatch software (McLeod) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and oral communication; detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Communicate ETAs with load planners.
Use McLeod to assign work to drivers nationwide.
Direct daily activities of drivers to territories or dedicated operations per policies.
Advise drivers on compliance with local, state and federal trucking regulations.
Ensure drivers are safe, productive and deliver on time.
Counsel drivers and assist with over-the-road issues.
Assist drivers with maintaining documents (license renewal, random drug tests, physicals).
Willing to work second shift: 3pm–Midnight.
