Job summary

DSV in the United States seeks a full-time Operations Driver who also performs warehouse duties. This dual role safely operates commercial vehicles (GVWR >10,000 lb and ≤26,000 lb) for local P&D, while handling picking, packing, shipping, and quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

You must meet DOT/FMCSR rules, hold a high school diploma or GED, have 6 months of logistics experience, and a valid driver’s license with forklift/MHE capability and certification.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE and forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate company commercial vehicles within a ~20 air-mile radius to deliver and recover freight from customer locations.
• Verify shipment bills for required information prior to loading.
• Load and unload freight safely; weigh and check dimensions against shipper calculations.
• Sort outbound freight and load ULDs and trucks.
• Proper documentation must accompany freight.
