Job summary

Marten Transport seeks a driver supervisor/representative in Operations. You will serve as the primary link to drivers, manage performance across key metrics, and coordinate with management to ensure customer and company expectations are met on every load.

Responsibilities include direct driver communication, load details, routing, maintenance coordination, and daily accounting for an entire fleet. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be sole communications link to drivers for load info, advances, POs, maintenance, counseling and company news.
• Manage full fleet of tractors and drivers for on-time performance, routing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor on-time pickup/delivery, out-of-route miles, hours of service, driver availability and routing needs.
• Handle daily accounting for all assigned trucks and drivers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
