Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a reliable backup to the Applicators to support agronomy operations in Indiana. The role involves general lot maintenance, receiving and delivering product, grounds upkeep, and equipment compliance, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The ideal candidate holds a CDL Class A or B (Ag CDL preferred), can manage time effectively, communicate clearly, and work extended hours during peak seasons while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A/B preferred or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to service custom application equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain facility grounds and perform housekeeping tasks.
• Communicate daily activities to location manager.
• Assist in measuring inventory of fertilizers and chemicals.

Job DescriptionPosition Overview: The purpose of this position is to act as a general backup to the Applicators.
