Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a general backup to the Applicators to support out/inbound agronomy products, product delivery, and grounds maintenance at our West Point, MS location.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. The position involves operating tender trucks, assisting with equipment upkeep, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B preferred, or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment skills.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and attention to detail.
• High sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and team player attitude.
• Ability to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Territory and agriculture knowledge is a plus.
• Hazmat endorsement a plus.
• Acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.
