Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. in Indiana seeks a reliable backup to Applicators. You will assist with outbound/inbound Agronomy products, operate tender trucks, and help with equipment and grounds maintenance. Daily communication with the location manager and record-keeping are part of the role.

The ideal candidate holds a CDL (A/B) or can obtain an Ag CDL, and brings strong communication, time management, and a team attitude. Flexibility for extended hours during busy seasons is required.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B preferred, or ability to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and judgment.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and attention to detail.
• Must work in a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Hazmat endorsement a plus.
• Acceptable driving history.
• Territory and agriculture knowledge is a plus.

• May assist in measuring inventory of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators.

Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to act as a general backup to the Applicators. This role will engage in a range of responsibilities including general lot maintenance, receiving and delivering product, grounds maintenance and equipment compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products

• Assist in equipment maintenance
