Job summary

Keystone Cooperative, Inc. is seeking a general backup to the Applicators to support agronomy product handling and field operations. The role involves operating tender trucks, maintaining safety standards, and assisting with equipment and grounds upkeep.

Qualified candidates will have CDL (A or B) preferred, strong communication, and the ability to work extended hours during peak seasons. A positive, high-energy approach and teamwork are essential to success.

Qualifications

• CDL preferred or able to obtain Ag CDL.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, high energy, and attention to detail.
• Must handle extended hours during busy seasons; team player.
• Knowledge of territory and agricultural operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outbound and inbound Agronomy products.
• Operate tender trucks to supply custom application equipment.
• Maintain safety compliance and housekeeping of facilities.
• Support equipment maintenance and recordkeeping.
• Support inventory measurement of dry fertilizer, NH3, UAN, and other chemicals.
• Serve as a backup to Applicators and report daily activities.
