U.S. Xpress, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Orientation Specialist to support Driver Experience, Development, Qualification, and HR teams in onboarding new drivers across multiple terminals.

The role processes orientation documents, verifies licenses and safety cards, and coordinates with medical and safety staff to ensure a smooth hiring experience. You will assist with paperless applications, onboarding compliance, tax forms, and driver documentation, with travel to other terminals as

Qualifications

• High School or GED required; College preferred.
• DOT knowledge of driver requirements preferred.
• Good organization and communication skills required.
• Knowledge of Excel, Paperless System, and AS 400 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process drivers attending orientation efficiently and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policy.
• Verify and scan licenses, residence cards, SSNs, medical cards, and other documents; file to driver records.
• Coordinate with Medical, PST, and EFA technicians on site; relay information to drivers.
