Job summary

Compost Crew is hiring for a Driver to join our growing organics recycling team in the United States. Starting pay is $20–$22 per hour, with overtime eligibility and full-time hours Monday through Friday, plus weekend opportunities.

Local routes, no overnight travel, paid training, and a safety-focused work environment are included. Applicants should have at least one year of DOT-regulated driving in the last 3 years, a valid US driver’s license, a clean driving record, and be willing to obtain

• Minimum 1 year of DOT-regulated full-time driving in the last 3 years, driving a 16–20 ft box truck or larger.
• U.S.-issued driver license in good standing.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical card and pass drug/alcohol test (company pays).
• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

Does this describe you?

• At least one year full-time DOT-regulated driving experience in the last 3 years (driving a 16 - 20 ft. box truck or larger)

• U.S-issued driver license in good standing

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds up to 200 times per day

• Ability to get in and out of truck up to 200 times per day

• Reliable attendance for weekday work schedule that starts at 6:00 am and finishes between 1 pm and 2 pm

• Willingness to safely handle food scraps

• Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future Position range $20.00/hr. - $25.80/hr. for in-service Drivers
