Job summary

EURPAC Service, Inc. in South Bend, IN is seeking a Driver to join our team. The role involves delivery and verification of customer orders, maintaining strong customer relations, and performing warehouse duties as needed.

Local and regional deliveries across multiple states with occasional overnight travel are required. Applicants should have a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card, be at least 21, and able to speak English.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid Driver’s License, Class A CDL.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Driving record criteria: up to 3 accidents past 3 years; up to 3 moving violations past 12 months; no 15+ mph speeding violations in past 12 months.
• Must be able to make local and regional deliveries in multiple states.
• Must be able to access local military bases.
• Must be able to deal professionally with customers.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain logs.
• Overnight stays required; company pays hotels and meals.

What does a role as a Driver look like?

• Delivery and verification of customer orders

Skills/Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience, preferred but not necessary
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid Driver’s License, Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Driving record:
  • No more than three (3) chargeable or preventable motor vehicle accidents within the past three (3) years
  • No more than three (3) moving violations within the last 12 months?
  • No speeding violations of 15 MPH or more over the posted speed limit in the past 12 months
• Must be able to make local and regional deliveries in multiple states
• Must be able to gain access to some local military bases
• Must be able to deal directly with customers in a professional manner
• Basic computer skills and knowledge
• Maintain all appropriate driver logs and reports
• Perform warehouse duties as needed.
• Must be able to speak English. Bilingual is a plus
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
• Overnight stays required. Company paid hotels and meals provided

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 -70 pounds and sometimes more (up to 100 pounds)
