Job summary

Olympia Moving And Storage in Watertown, MA is seeking a full-time driver to move, load, and unload furniture and appliances. Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to branch location.

Responsibilities

• Move, disassemble, and reassemble furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload large items to and from trucks, and safely load shipments to trucks at legal capacity.
• Efficiently pack smaller items into boxes, protecting fragile goods.
• Unpack items and arrange spaces according to customer specification.
• Maintain vehicle equipment; fuel, inspections, and maintenance via company app.
• Follow all safety regulations and standards.

• Hourly rate: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour (with opportunity for tips and overtime)
• Annual potential: $55,000 – $75,000 per year (including overtime, referral incentives, bonuses, and tips) with $1,800 sign‑on bonus opportunity

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (for driver position) and DOT card if applicable

• Availability for very early dispatch (e.g., 4:30 a.m. start) and ability to arrive on time
