Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to deliver and replenish beverages on local routes in Fort Worth, TX. You will work 4:00 PM - Finish, Monday to Friday, with competitive starting pay and potential incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include loading checks, on-time delivery, merchandising, and handling payments and documentation. Prior grocery/CPG experience is a plus; training available for new drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL with no interstate restrictions.
• Clean driving record as per FMCSA.
• Able to pass DOT physicals and road tests.
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50 lb and perform physical tasks.
• Minimum 1 year general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load.
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products per standards.
• Communicate with company employees, customers and shoppers.
• Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
• Pick up company property and secure assets.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $25.26 to $31.38 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
