Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to join our Woodward-area team. You will drive local routes, merchandise shelves, and ensure products are displayed correctly to Coca‑Cola standards while serving our communities.

Requirements include a valid Class‑A CDL, clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and 5:00 AM start times on Monday–Friday. Starting pay is $22.60–$28.45 per hour, with incentive bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Driver's License with no interstate restrictions.
• Clean Driving Record.
• DOT medical qualification and ability to pass road test.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Minimum 1 year of general work experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Local delivery experience preferred.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $22.60 to $28.45 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
