Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Driver Merchandiser for Woodward, OK, with local routes and community presence. Start pay ranges $22.60–$28.45 per hour, plus incentives and benefits. You will drive, stock, rotate products, and service accounts on a Monday–Friday schedule as needed.

Responsibilities include load checks, merchandising, and cash/collection duties while maintaining safety and DOT compliance. Training provided for eligible applicants with CDL and experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL with no interstate restrictions and minimum age 21.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT qualifications and examinations.
• Capable of lifting and maneuvering up to 50 pounds and staying active on route.
• Minimum 1 year of general work experience and reliable supervision-free work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Check load accuracy and stability before delivery.
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products per standards.
• Communicate with teammates, customers and shoppers on route.
• Settle accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
• Secure company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $22.60 to $28.45 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
• Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers
• Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments
• Pick up company property and secure company assets
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
