Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility

Position responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting drivers in delivering products to customers
• Unloading products
• Merchandising customer accounts
• Maintaining customer relationships, merchandising, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards
• Picking up company property
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Performing other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum state legal age requirements
• At least six months of work experience in related environments (e.g., distribution warehouse, construction, grocery, hospital, etc.) involving heavy lifting and handling multi-temperature products
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage as per company and state law
• Ability to lift products weighing 25 to 50 lbs regularly
• Pass a post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, prior merchandising or grocery store experience including stocking and product handling, local delivery, and unloading
• Customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to handle exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and work safely around moving equipment
