Driver Merchandiser Assistant Wanted - GREAT PAY!

Position Summary: Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting drivers in product delivery to customers
• Unloading products
• Merchandising customer accounts
• Maintaining customer relationships
• Merchandising, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards
• Picking up company property
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Performing other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 18 years of age or meet state legal age requirements
• At least six months of relevant work experience (e.g., warehouse, construction, grocery, hospital, or other physically demanding roles)
• Reliable automobile, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, or grocery delivery
• Customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to handle temperature variations, high noise levels, and work safely around moving equipment
