Job Responsibilities

1. Assist drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.
2. Assist in the delivery of products to customers, unload products, and maintain customer relationships.
3. Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
4. Pick up company property and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
5. Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience, such as in distribution warehouses, construction, or other physically demanding roles.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to lift products weighing 25 to 50 lbs regularly.
• Pass a post-offer drug test and background check.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, or grocery store operations.
• Prior customer service experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
