Position Summary: Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility:

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist driver in delivery of products to customers
• Unload product
• Merchandise customer accounts
• Maintain customer relationships; merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards
• Pick up company property
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum legal age requirements
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience (e.g., warehouse, construction, grocery, hospital, etc.) involving heavy lifting and multi-temperature environments
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
• Pass a post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, grocery stocking, local delivery, and unloading
• Prior customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Handling exposure to temperature changes, high noise levels, and moving equipment
