Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.

People or Process Management Responsibility

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting the driver in delivery of products to customers
• Unloading products
• Merchandising customer accounts
• Maintaining customer relationships, merchandising, displaying, and rotating products according to company standards
• Picking up company property
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Performing other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old or meet minimum state legal age requirements
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience in environments like distribution warehouses, construction, grocery, healthcare, or other roles involving heavy lifting and multi-temperature handling
• Reliable automobile, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage as per company and state law
• Ability to lift products weighing 25 to 50 lbs regularly
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, grocery stocking, or local delivery
• Prior customer service experience preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to work around temperature changes, high noise levels, and moving equipment safely
