Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.
2. Help in unloading products and maintaining customer relationships.
3. Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
4. Pick up company property and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
5. Perform other assigned projects or duties.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Six months of work experience in relevant environments such as distribution warehouses, construction, or healthcare settings involving heavy lifting.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to lift 25 to 50 lbs regularly.
• Pass a post-offer drug test and background check.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, or grocery store operations.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Ability to handle temperature changes, high noise levels, and work safely around moving equipment. Overtime, attendance, and punctuality are essential. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for disabilities.
