Job Responsibilities

1. Assist drivers with delivery and merchandising of products.
2. Support driver in delivering products to customers.
3. Unload products and maintain customer relationships.
4. Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
5. Pick up company property and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
6. Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old or meet minimum legal age requirements.
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience, such as in distribution warehouses, construction, or healthcare environments involving heavy lifting.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift products weighing 25 to 50 lbs regularly.
• Pass a post-offer drug test and background check.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with handheld ordering devices, merchandising, or grocery store operations.
• Prior customer service experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Ability to work in various temperature conditions, high noise levels, and around moving equipment. Overtime and punctuality are essential due to delivery schedules and regulatory requirements. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
